3. Open your mail and open the request to sign up

It sometimes happens that this email ends up in your spam box. It is therefore useful to also check your spam box (unwanted emails). 

Did you also not receive the mail in your spam box? Then please contact our customer service.

What a pity that you want to delete your account. Of course you have the right to delete your account at any time. If you want your account to be deleted you should contact us at: privacy@bodyandfit.com. After reviewing your request, we will delete your account within four weeks.

What a pity you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter! 

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter in one of the following ways:

1. Open a newsletter from us in the email and scroll down. At the bottom of the email you will see "unsubscribe". When you click on this, you will automatically be directed to the page where you can unsubscribe.
2. If you have an account you can also unsubscribe through your account. You can do this as follows: login and click on the circle with the little figure in it. Go to "contact preferences". On this page you can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the slider at newsletter, so that it turns gray. 
3. If both options do not work you can always contact our customer service. They will help you further.
