Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed.
As soon as your order is completed, it is immediately processed in our warehouse to ensure the fastest possible shipping. This means we can no longer stop the cancellation.
If you do not wish to receive the order, you have two options:
Refuse the package upon delivery – Inform our customer service that you are refusing the order to avoid any additional costs. FedEx / Royal Mail will then automatically return the package to us.
Request a free return label – Once you have received the package, you can contact our customer service or create a ticket here to request a free return label in accordance with our return policy.

After selecting a flavor and content, don't forget to click on “add to cart”. The product will then appear in your shopping cart.
You can always change quantities and remove products in your shopping cart.

*Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to the Isle of Man, Channel islands, Shetland islands, Guernsey, Jersey or Gibraltar yet. And other non-supported countries, if you are unable to select the country on our website, it means we are unable to ship there. Afterwards, you will receive an email with the payment details. You can choose to transfer the amount manually – please make sure to copy all details, such as the payment reference number, correctly. In the same email, you'll also find a link to conveniently complete your payment via a different payment method.
