How long does a payment via the option 'Bank transfer' take?
When you opt for the ‘Bank transfer’ payment method it can take two - three working days before the payment is received.
Please note, no transfers occur on weekends. These payments are processed on Monday and Tuesday.
Wondering whether the transfer has been completed successfully? Please send us proof of payment. The proof of payment must include the following information:
A deferred bank payment is not implemented immediately, but takes six to ten working days to be completed. The recipient sees that the payment has been initiated, but only receives the money after complete processing.
The payment consists of 2 payment orders:
Payment order 1 must be completed first, before payment order 2 can commence. This process can take 6 to 10 working days.
Why is a deferred bank payment sent?
We use Eurocard/MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa to provide secure, easy transactions. The conditions of the relevant card issuer are applicable and Body & Fit is not part of the relationship between you and the card issuer. During the order process you can opt for payment by credit card and once the payment has been authorized, we’ll send your order immediately.
PayperEmail is a payment method from our payment provider Buckaroo. After a customer service agent has placed an order at your request, you’ll receive a payment request by e-mail. Click on the link and you’ll be redirected to a site where you can pay by credit card or PayPal.
Klarna is a payment method in which you can select from multiple payment options:
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have 30 days to try out your order and only pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card in Klarna.app or by logging into www.klarna.com/uk
You can also pay in three interest-free installments (applicable on orders over £35). This will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over three equal payments. The payment for each installment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Body&Fit and installments two and three are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

When you’re making purchases on the web in Safari on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, you can use Apple Pay without having to create an account, enter card details, or billing information. Paying takes just a touch or glance and is fast, easy, and safe.
