Please note: only companies related to the sports nutrition industry such as gyms and sports nutrition stores can register (we do not supply to websites focusing on supplements). All requests are checked against the details listed with the Chamber of Commerce. Once we have received the request we will process this as quickly as possible.
Placed orders will be immediately prepared for you. Therefore, it is not possible to make any changes to your order.
If you want to cancel your order, please call us within 10 minutes of purchasing, so we can do this for you. Once the cancellation is successful, we will refund your money within 5 working days so you can place a new order!
If you did not manage to cancel your order within 10 minutes, don't worry! You can still refuse the parcel upon delivery. The courier will take the parcel back to our warehouse.

You can always change quantities and remove products in your shopping cart.

No, you do not need an account to place an order. At the checkout of your order you will get two options: order with an account or order as a guest. If you want to order without an account you can go for the second option: order as a guest.
Yes, it is also possible to place an order with us by telephone. When you do this, it is useful to consider in advance which products you want to order and how many. One of our customer service representatives can then place an order for you.
When the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email ("Thank you, we have received your order") with a link to pay for the order. Be aware that your order only will be packed and shipped, once the payment has been fulfilled.
Please note : when you place an order by telephone, it may take longer before you will receive your order. This is because it can take up to five working days for us to receive a payment. Do you want to have your order at home the next day? Then it is best to place an order on the website yourself.
No, we do not have physical stores. It is also not possible to pick up your order in our warehouse.
