Important Information About Pickup Point Orders

If you selected a pickup point during checkout, please note that the pickup address is only shown in the Track & Trace link. The address shown in your order confirmation may look different. For the most accurate delivery information, always use the tracking link provided.


You will receive the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email, which will be sent as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

With the launch of our updated website, the option to select a specific delivery date during checkout is currently no longer available. If you wish to receive your order on a particular day, you can still arrange this directly with the courier after your order has been shipped.


Here’s how it works:

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
  • Click on the tracking link to access the courier’s delivery portal.
  • Most couriers offer the option to reschedule the delivery, choose a pickup point, or provide delivery instructions.


Important:

Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date from our side, all delivery date changes must be managed via the courier’s tracking system.
