How does this work?
From an order value of € 40,- you are eligible for a gift. The higher your order value, the more choices you get. For an order value of €40,- up to €60,- you can choose from the gifts in level 1. With an amount of €60,- up to €80,- you can choose from level 1 and 2 gifts. With an amount of €80,- up to €150,- you can choose from level 1, 2 and 3. And finally, with an amount of €150,- and more, you can choose from all 4 levels. The amount of gifts you receive remains the same at all times, only the range is constantly expanding.

If you have not selected the gifts during the completion of your order, it is advised to immediately contact our customer service after placing your order. We will then check whether this can still be added at that moment. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible if your order has already been packed or sent.

What a bummer that your discount code isn't working! This is of course no reason to panic. If you want to use a discount code, it is important that the products in your shopping cart or your order value meet certain conditions. The conditions of our actions can be found here.

The reviews alongside our products are written by our customers and assist us in improving our products and service. They also help other customers who are interested in the product.
When a customer writes a review, we have to check that it doesn't break certain rules and regulations. The example below details some of the claims and statements we're not allowed to publish:
In connection to claim legislation and the control of this by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, it is no longer permitted to place health claims and/or medical claims, concerning Body & Fit products on our site. Reviews such as "I have been cured of ..." or "I lost 5 kilos in one week using product X" etc. can no longer be placed.
If your review is published, it can take 2-3 days before you'll receive your discount code by email.
