We deliver to the United Kingdom*, numerous EU destinations and many other countries around the world. We offer standard delivery and express delivery (check the table below for the full list).

Ordering at Body & Fit is very simple! When you have made a choice and know which products you want to order, simply add them to the shop. All prices mentioned at the products are including VAT. In your shopping cart you can always add products, remove, adjust taste or change the amount of products. You can also choose for free gifts in your shopping cart. If you need assistance or product advice we would be happy to offer this. Just contact customer service, we would be happy to help you further!

Yes, you can. It is possible to choose for standard delivery (2 - 12 working days*) or express delivery (1 - 2 working days).

No, this is unfortunately not possible.

Are you unexpectedly not at home? No worries! DHL (express delivery) will try again the next day and Hermes (standard delivery) will leave your parcel in a safe place, which you can choose directly via their track and trace link you have received under "change my delivery"

You can keep an eye on the journey of your parcel thanks to the track and trace link you have received. For a standard delivery, you will receive an email by FedEx which will show all of the international steps of your parcel and by clicking on "view more tracking" you will be able to check the updates by Hermes.

No, this is unfortunately not possible.
