Ordering at Body & Fit is very simple! When you have made a choice and know which products you want to order, simply add them to the shopping cart by pressing the order button. After you have pressed the order button, at the upper right side of the screen you will see the product that has been added to your shopping cart. Then, you can open the cart and complete the order by following the steps in the order process. If you need assistance or product advice we are more than happy to help you! Please note: after you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Check the order and address details carefully. If something is incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by telephone or via the chat.

It is possible that due to an error your products are still listed in your shopping cart after you have placed your order. We advise you to contact our customer service if  you have no received this e-mail after a few hours. Often, the order will still be processed correctly.

Once the order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Track & Trace. We would advise you to contact our customer service if you have not received this e-mail after a few hours.

Despite careful stock management it can happen that a product is not in stock. If this is the case you will receive an e-mail that unfortunately your order cannot be shipped the following working day.

To solve this for you, we will contact you as quickly as possible the next working day. Obviously, you can also contact customer service to discuss this.

Placed orders will be immediately prepared for you. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to make any changes to your order. However within a 30 - 60 minute time frame we can cancel your complete order. In that case we refund your money the same (working) day and you can place a new order.

No, you do not need an account to place an order. At the checkout of your order you will get two options: order with an account or order as a guest. If you want to order without an account you can go for the second option: order as a guest.

Yes, it is possible to place an order with us by phone. When you do this, it is helpful to think about which products you want to order and how many. One of our customer service employees can place an order for you. 

When the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to pay for the order. The order must be paid before the order is packed and delivered. It is not possible to pay afterwards.

No, we do not have stores

Unfortunately, a mistake is easily made! However, we cannot make changes to your order. Try to contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing the order. They can check for you if it is still possible to cancel your order.
